Licensed Psychologist

What I do

I primarily dedicate my time to conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children aged 6 to 15, with a particular emphasis on school-aged children and pre-teens. Additionally, I offer individual therapy to both caregivers and neurodiverse youth, along with their families. I also find fulfillment in facilitating workshops aimed at enhancing parental well-being and fostering a deeper comprehension of child development to provide support to families and caregivers.

How I can help

The goal of my assessments is to offer a comprehensive understanding of a child’s cognitive, emotional, social, and adaptive strengths and challenges. I aim to provide evidence-based recommendations that can support them in their daily lives. My personalized intervention approach is strongly influenced by acceptance and commitment therapy; I guide individuals in becoming more aware of their thoughts and emotions, encourage them to embrace challenging internal experiences, and take purposeful actions that align with their core values.

My Values

I genuinely believe that individuals are doing their best and that parenting is hard enough as it is. As such, you can expect our interactions to come from a place of non-judgement, purpose, openness and encouragement.
