What I do
I am the ‘relationships guy’ at the clinic. I like working with people who are struggling in some sort of relationship in their lives, whether that is within the parent-child relationship, or perhaps with their significant other, or even in their relationship with themselves after experiencing trauma. I also educate and empower people who live and work with children to feel confident in their perspectives and skills, particularly around supporting better mental health outcomes.
How I can help
In my office, you can expect a relaxed, conversational style of therapy. While I pull tools from various modalities, you will find that our sessions often zoom out to try and understand how your current experience makes sense when we understand your context. I can help if you are looking for individual therapy for trauma, couples counseling, parenting support, or if your agency is looking for group training in attachment, development, or trauma.
My Values
I believe that connection is the foundation of health – connection to self, others, community, nature, spirituality, and purpose. I also believe that we are all healthier when we extend the benefit of the doubt to everyone, because we are all doing the best we can – always.
